The 2nd Cohort of the Leadership for Change Agents met on July 23-24 for a two-day Influencer training facilitated by Lynn Williams. Influencer is a leadership course that teaches proven strategies to change vital behaviors in organizations to achieve the desired results. Participating principals were able to collaborate and share with other principals from across Region 3 in this interactive workshop. Fifty-one principals in the region have participated thus far in this leadership program.
