Executive Director Neil Pedersen surprised Tom Forcella at his Board’s meeting on Thursday, June 18th, with the announcement that he has been named the Central Region Superintendent of the Year for 2015-16. In the fall, Dr. Forcella and superintendents from the seven other regions in the state will be considered for the honor of North Carolina Superintendent of the Year.
