In this session participants will focus on recruiting, hiring a diverse and prepared workforce, retaining high performers, and using compensation as a competitive advantage. Individual district challenges and barriers will be shared and their root causes identified. Summaries of this work will be shared with NCDPI.
Participants will also engage in an interactive review of best practices in key human capital areas, including data that is aligned to the best practices. Strategies and next steps to improve the effectiveness of key human capital areas will be identified and new goals will be set.
Lunch will be provided.
