Participants: Districts will register a team consisting of, up to 2 HR Representatives, up to 2 Elementary School Principals, 1 Middle School Principal, and 1 High School Principal
Detail: School leaders and central office staff align on a comprehensive, impactful human capital plan for their district. The desired outcome is to measurably improve the likelihood that candidates will see the district and its schools as desirable places to work where teachers are supported, thereby increasing the applicant pool. Additionally, the outcome of measurably increasing the retention of high-performing teachers through career management strategies will be developed and linked with recruitment messaging about the district as a desired place for education professionals.
